Welcome to the online games, board games and applications section of Get Out (“Games”), a service made up of applications created by the company VLS ENTERTAINMENT. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of VLS ENTERTAINMENT’s policy regarding the protection of personal data (“Personal Data”) collected and processed during the use of our Games and governed by our Terms of Use and Guidelines.

• when you use one of our Games.
  For the purposes of our Games, certain information about you, including your score, level or ranking, may be accessible and visible to VLS ENTERTAINMENT and all other users. When you invite new members to your network, or when you send messages using our services, we collect and store on our secure servers the information associated with these exchanges, in particular their content and their e-mail addresses.

Our games may contain links to third party websites and
include content hosted by third-party websites.
VLS ENTERTAINMENT cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the protection of Personal Data on these sites and/or by these entities. We recommend that our users consult the section concerning confidentiality and the protection of personal data before using these sites and/or online payment solutions. VLS ENTERTAINMENT cannot also be held responsible for the practices concerning the processing of Personal Data by the platforms (in particular social networks) on which VLS ENTERTAINMENT offers its Games.

Minors
Minors must seek the authorization of their parents or their legal representatives before transmitting their Personal Data.

The use of personal data
The Personal Data collected and processed by VLS ENTERTAINMENT allows you to access and/or use our Games. It also allows us to:

• analyze user trends and behavior in order to improve our Games,
• ensure the maintenance of our Games,
• target the advertising content present on our Games, and
• communicate with you, in particular by e-mail, in order to inform you of news or to assess your satisfaction.
  The emails we send to you contain a link you can use to unsubscribe if you do not wish to receive further emails from us.

The transfer and assignment of Personal Data

Control of Users over their Personal Data
You can choose to voluntarily share and make your personal data public in our games by posting messages or content. When you do this, you are responsible for any damages that may arise as a result of this disclosure.

You can close your account at any time, which will delete your profile and make all your personal data invisible. However, VLS ENTERTAINMENT may retain your Personal Data for a reasonable period of time even after the closure of your account.

Rights of users with regard to the Data Protection Act
In accordance with law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, modified by law n° 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, you have the right to access, modify, rectify, delete and oppose information concerning you. Security of personal data
VLS ENTERTAINMENT attaches particular importance to the security of your Personal Data and takes all the necessary precautions to limit the risk of loss, deterioration or misuse of it. Your account data is stored on a secure server with a firewall. Your personal data, such as password and credit card number, is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We recommend that you do not send personal data using insecure communication methods, such as e-mail and instant messages.
